Delete your account

In the app

• Open Tapebid and go to the Account tab.
• Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Without the app

Write to widgetcraftwalpapers@gmail.com from the email address of your account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your business details, price list and settings.
• All your estimates, their customer details, the PDFs and the signed copies we hold.
• The links sent to your customers stop working.
• The list of your phones and their notification addresses.

What is not

• Signed copies already emailed to your customers stay in their mailboxes.
• A subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
• Crash reports and usage statistics that are not linked to your name are kept for up to 14 months.
